Wholesale Pricing Structure

Order Requirements

Minimum opening order: $2,500–$5,000 CAD

Minimum Order Quantities:

$1 - $999 = 5 units per SK

U$1000 and up = 2 unit per SKU

Payment Terms

100% payment before shipment. Wire, direct deposit or e-transfer are fee free payment options. Credit cards are subject to a 2% fee added onto the total invoiced amount.

Lead Times

Lead times vary dependant on the SKU so it is advised to reach out to us first for an approximate shipping date.

In-stock: 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order: 2–8 weeks.

Shipping

Free shipping on wholesale orders over $2,500 CAD. Duties and taxes outside Canada are the retailer's responsibility.

Warranty

Two-year manufacturing warranty.

Dealer Incentives

At the end of each calendar year retailers are entitled to the following purchase incentives and this is also inclusive of custom designs:

$10000 = 1% cash back

$20000 = 2% cash back

$50000 = 6% cash back

$100000 = 13% cash back

Retailer Requirements

Sell at MSRP, use approved branding and present the brand in a premium environment. MSRP changes may occur with one business day notice due to sudden increase in cost, retailers have 30 calendar days to make adjustments.

Samples at wholesale pricing, display trays available on loan or purchase.

Marketing Support

Lifestyle photography, renders, social assets, product descriptions, staff training, digital catalog.

MAP Policy

No advertised discounts above 11% without approval; maintain MSRP across channels.

Custom & Bridal

60% deposit, CAD approval before production, balance before shipment, final sale.
