Post-Puchase Care Includes:

Complimentary Resizing

A perfect fit matters. That’s why we offer two complimentary resizing opportunities:

  • One after 30 days from pick-up or delivery (to give you time to settle in with your new piece).
  • One within a year from pick-up or delivery (because sometimes, life changes and so do ring sizes).

Professional Appraisal

For pieces valued at $1500 and over (before taxes), we provide a third-party jewellery appraisal. This document is often essential for insurance purposes and ensures peace of mind should you ever need it.

Warranty

Your jewellery is crafted to last, but life can be unpredictable. Our two-year warranty covers accidental damage so you can wear your piece with confidence. Please note that loss of material (such as gemstones) does not fall within the scope of coverage.

Inspection & Cleaning

To keep your piece looking and feeling its best, we offer one complimentary quality inspection and cleaning within 9 months of pick-up or delivery. This includes a prong check, professional steaming, and ultrasonic cleaning whenever possible. Think of it as a little spa day for your jewellery.

Gemmological Certification

For eligible pieces, we provide certification from leading gemmological institutes such as GIA, IGI, HRD, or GCAL. If your piece qualifies, this will be communicated during the purchasing process - an official stamp of authenticity to accompany your jewel.

How It Works:

1 - Book Your Service

Schedule your visit through our booking page (below). Select the service you need, such as jewellery resizing, cleaning, or inspection.

2 - Prepare Your Piece

Prepare your jewellery along with any original documentation (receipt, warranty details, or certification if applicable).

3 - Drop-Off Consultation

Visit our studio at your scheduled time, located at 2140 Dundas St West, Toronto. Our team will assess your piece and confirm the scope of work.

4- Service Timeline

Timelines vary depending on the service:

  • Cleaning & Inspection: typically same-day or within a few days
  • Resizing: approximately 1–2 weeks
  • Appraisals or Certifications: timing may vary based on third-party providers

5 - Pick-Up Notification

Once your piece is ready, we will contact you with pick-up details.

6 - Ongoing Care

We recommend periodic jewellery inspection services and cleaning services to maintain the integrity and brilliance of your piece over time.
