You can exchange unworn items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to an exchange. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will either replace the piece with a different size upon request or issue you a gift card for the full amount including applicable taxes, this gift card can be used on any of our ready to wear collection as well as custom orders.
All sale items, custom orders and/or modified items ie engraved are non-exchangeable.

We ship domestic orders under $500 via Canada Post. All domestic orders over $500, transcontinental & international orders are shipped via FedEx Express with adult signature required. We only ship orders Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm to ensure the safety of your shipment. For orders shipping outside of Canada, a commercial invoice disclosing the full value of the purchase will be declared with the shipment in which may incur duties & taxes.

Please note that Malleable Jewellers Corporation does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
